A House for Embodied Living

Dahlier is an evolving space devoted to desire, sensory experience, and the art of being fully present.

Today, that space begins through private rituals and intimate gatherings. In time, it will take physical form: a house for conversation, study, rest, pleasure, and meaningful connection.

A place to slow down.
A place to become curious again.
A place to return to the body.

The Rituals

SLOW and RISE are Dahlier’s two foundational somatic experiences. Each offers a different way of listening to the body and responding to what it needs.

These are guided, trauma-aware practices—not psychotherapy or medical treatment. No performance is required. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are.

SLOW

Somatic Listening & Opening Work

SLOW is an invitation to pause.

Designed for periods of overwhelm, disconnection, or transition, this private ritual uses guided awareness, breath, conversation, and sensory practices to help you notice what is happening within your body.

Nothing needs to be forced or resolved. The purpose is to create enough space to feel, listen, and reconnect with yourself at a pace your body can receive.

SLOW may be right for you if you are:

  • Experiencing burnout, overstimulation, or emotional fatigue
  • Feeling disconnected from your body or senses
  • Learning to recognize your limits, needs, and internal signals
  • Seeking a slower and more intentional relationship with yourself

RISE

Regulate, Integrate, Soften, Emerge

RISE begins where awareness becomes movement.

This private ritual is designed for those navigating change: a new identity, creative threshold, relationship transition, period of grief, or emerging chapter of life.

Through somatic inquiry, embodied expression, and intentional integration, RISE creates space to explore what is ready to be acknowledged—and what you are prepared to carry forward.

RISE may be right for you if you are:

  • Moving through a personal or creative transition
  • Reconsidering how you want to live, relate, or express yourself
  • Working with emotions that need space and language
  • Ready to translate self-awareness into embodied change
